Pros

Wonderful environment, nice colleagues. Location is convenient. Good equipment to assist the work. Free working hours.

Cons

Quite heavy workload...un-negotiable salary...need to do other's work which is not covered by the salary...need to work overtime during weekends usually without ot payment

Comparatively less stressful as a large lawfirm, long hours occasionally but work was manageable.

Cons

culture not as global as people would have imagined, overlapped roles and duplication of tasks within a complex structure in business support side has created confusion, inefficiencies and low team spirits.
