Pros

There are many different departments, if you have a pro-active attitude it is easy to have a lot of work.

Cons

The kind of work that you get is more often a not very influential, or interesting one. You are never aware of the full legal-picture of the cases. Furthermore, the salaries are too low for the junior positions.

Pros

Good work environment, benefits and salary. There are great opportunities for progression and to work abroad. Also good opportunities for professional development.

Cons

The hours can be quite long, although this is relative to the Belfast market. Overall, few cons to be honest.

Project Fusion Means You Will Be Laid Off Soon

Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks - at least for now. Benefits are good - but most people won't be getting those for much longer either.

Cons

Project Fusion is a new "initiative" to streamline processes all over the globe - IT, HR, Finance. Chances are many positions are going to be eliminated. Usually, if you are investing in technology you have a tendency to not need as many employees. Be careful if you apply you may not be there for long.
