Pros

Promotes a culture of friendship, trust and accountability. People are not measured on the hours they spent in the office but in the quality of output they deliver. Relative flexibility in terms of work hours. Community groups and a lot of engagement activities are also present. You’ll have exposure to global practices and opportunities. Prime location, great office space, Nespresso machines!

Cons

You’ll have a hard time if you don’t have a growth mindset. There’s a high expectation in terms of quality and performance.

Pros

The Company as a whole is a great organization to work for. The perks are great and management is also nice. The location is ideal and the view of the White House is to DIE for.

Cons

There isn't a lot of room for growth for non-attorney staff. You can quickly get bored or feel less challenged after a couple of years unless there is a clear path set.
