Pros

Amazing social aspect. Lots of events, clubs.

Cons

-Promote bullying. I noticed team leads who had been called up for bullying or problematic behaviours progress further than those who deserved it. - Poor training - Lack of progression for SOME teams, though they won't tell you that until you're in there. Some other teams have more room to advance.

Pros

Not enough to want to stay

Cons

Toxic atmosphere and bad behaviour allowed to become habitual - too many managers and layers - poor processes for a global law firm

Pros

- Good benefits package - Great social events - Friendly people - Flexible working - Supportive of staff

Cons

- Salary is not in line with current market. I am doing the same job for a lot more money now elsewhere. - Lack of progression. - Favours fee earning staff - Overtime culture (especially for paralegals) for little reward.
