Low morale and poor level of communication from management. Gossip runs rampant at this firm. We learn more information about our office from the media than our own management team.

Pros

Salaries are decent and offices are well-appointed and there is still some WFH flexibility.

Cons

Partners are dismissive of non-attorney staff, there is a corporate hyper-fixation on the downside, no work-life balance. Career growth is extremely limited for non-attorneys.
