No pros at all. I loved working at BM

- Significant challenges related to internal culture and professional support structure. - Lack of psychological safety, which hindered the integration and performance of new staff members. - Discernible pattern of overly critical reactions to standard new hire errors and frequent micromanagement, suggesting a deficit in team trust and delegation. - Professional communication standards were not consistently upheld. Reliance on private, non-constructive online dialogue among certain colleagues to discuss team members, coupled with a perceived tendency to control the narrative by acting superior, created a discouraging environment. - Effectiveness of immediate supervision is an area requiring review. Management not only failed to constructively address these negative team dynamics but, in some instances, appeared to enable or participate in them, contributing to a "ganging up" effect on newer employees. - There was a significant lack of structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) or formal mentorship programs. New employees were not sufficiently set up for success in the role.
