Pros

Other than a paycheck... and med insurance.... none!

Cons

As big of a law firm their management and staff decisions make no sense! then again with the billions $$ they make each year nobody really cares about anything but to find the right person to fire when they fill like it! A politics game oasis, not what you know but WHO do you know... RUN FROM THIS HELL HOLE...

Pros

Friendly staff, good work life balance, good starting job to learn the basics

Cons

No trust given and therefore no challenge to the job; Micromanagement is horrendous and some team leads become passive aggressive if they feel threatened by your ability/ideas; LPs treated differently to all other staff because they are disposable - do not think there is any way to progress in this job, because there isn't; Poorly treated during covid, no equipment given and no pay rises despite promotions being given. Expected to pay for screens/a mouse etc when the office is filled with equipment. Other departments in legal given full equipment; Made to feel you are lucky to have a job instead of the company making you feel valued
