      Very good structure and organization

      Pros

      Secure employment. Good and friendly work environment. Lots of support from all areas, from HR to IT and payroll as well as project management. You're never left alone wondering thing, you get answers and actions fast.

      Cons

      Not exactly a disadvantage, but the salary could be a bit better. some 30% more would be fine.
