Pros

Okay payment, respects employees and offers some vacation time, although not as much. Clients normally do not allow contractors to participate in the engaging development, relaying to the Baires team monkey jobs. Nevertheless that must depend on the client, overall it is indeed a good company that besides the contractor employment kind of format does indeed care enough about it's colaborators.

Cons

Not enough projects. Weak management. Worst selective process ever.

Cons

Lack of transparency about salaries and salary review process as well as reassignment process.
