It has been my first remote work experience, and I greatly appreciate that the work-life balance is just right. I also appreciate the openness of my managers, who have always been attentive to my needs and actively listening to my opinions. I have grown positively in terms of my career and have also developed new skills.

Cons

There are still things—like in any place—that can be improved, such as communication between departments, but it is something that is currently being worked on.

Pros

The possibility of working 100% remotely is one of the greatest advantages. Also, the work environment is amazing. Plus, working with people from all over the world provides an amazing experience. There is also a real opportunity to grow; it all comes down to performance. The greater it is, the higher your chances to build a career.

Cons

There is a downside to the 100% remote work. Getting to know peers (in person) becomes very challenging. However, the company has deployed some interesting activities to overcome this issue.
