      Could be more organized, colleagues on the same project - functions - should receive somewhat an equal pay, but that doesn't happen.

      Values are... "fluid"

      The payment is good enough.

      Cons

      no job security, constant discussion of hours worked. Dubious business plan. No care for people. Fairness is not even considered. Processes inexistent beyond invoicing.

      Very nice company to work

      Pros

      BairesDev was a solid experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The project managers I worked with were good and everyone on the teams was very skilled, I learned a lot from them. The work is flexible, remote, well paid and paid on time.

      Cons

      The pace of the company is really fast as they are growing more and more each year, if you don't like that it may not be the best job for you.
