      Super entrepreneurial environment and great opportunity for growth. Clients based from some of the largest, most recognized companies in the world to early stage startups. Much is expected of everyone but leadership is open to non-traditional hours to allow for life balance.

      Cons

      The speed at which things move may not be for everyone. If you require consistent oversight and cannot operate autonomously, it could be overwhelming.

      It is a good company to work for, they care about your health, the projects are cool, and you might be working with efficient people.

      Cons

      Once you have negotiated your salary during the hiring process, it is almost impossible to get a raise in the future. No matter how good and exceptional you are, no matter how good the feedback you received from your managers and from your client. It doesn't matter what they say to you. And if they provide a raise to you, it will be almost irrelevant.
