      Pros

      The mentality of the company is 100% remote, which is why all its processes and tools greatly facilitate home office. The work is by results; there is no micromanagement. People are perhaps the most talented I have ever worked with. Also everyone is teamplayers and very kind

      Cons

      The selection process is flawed. I have recommended two people to join the company and they never received feedback. In my case, the whole process was very clear, but I know that there are complaints from people who do not receive feedback on their processes, due to the large volume of applications.

      No pros other than you being able to work from home.

      Cons

      Bad culture, you will never have the whole picture of the processes, the metric system is there to make you a slave and not be paid for it.

      Pros

      A fair balance of diversity and inclusion without over-the-top woke ideologies. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Total smoke and mirrors sales process. Deceptive commissions, rigid sales control process, and extremely junior management. Feedback is never given in person but always via slack or some sort of platform/tool.
