You are taken into consideration according to your skillset Possibility to work remotely or on site, according to your needs Great rewards People are amazing at all levels. CEO/CTO/CFO brilliant guys.

      Nothing really bad, perhaps a few small flaws here and there, but common thing according to their exponential growth.

      Pros

      BairesDev is constantly growing so that gives it the stability that not every software outsourcing company has. Well staffed, you always have someone there to help you no matter the task. They allow employees to work from home but also give you the possibility to work from their downtown office which is beautiful. Well organized and the people are friendly.

      Cons

      As an employee there is nothing to really complain about, the nature of the business is the only thing that at times, when dealing with clients oversees can be stressful but that's on each person and how they handle it. "Nature of the beast".
