      - Working remotely from anywhere. - Flexible working schedule. - Global experience, having coworkers from all South and Central America. - Get experience recruiting globally. - Friendly and helpful coworkers. - Receiving in US Dollars (valuable currency in LATAM). - Salary is paid always on date.

      Cons

      - Needs better and more clear communication between top/senior management and their teams. - Some processes are being more focused in quantity than in quality.

      Pros

      Working from home, having flexibility and the people that works in the company are really incredible to work with. The company's culture is diverse and enjoyable, as the team is distributed across the world.

      Cons

      Not so easy to find a work-life balance is you don't set limits from the beginning, and the workload can be really huge. Plus the company is growing too much, there's a lot to do and they need time to adjust and organize better.
