      Working from home, poor HR.

      Pros

      100% working from home Cool US client and team.

      Cons

      Salary updates due to inflation in Argentina are fear, but the salary in USD is poor. Poor HR skills, very agressive and unpolite. It's like they do you a favor when you ask for something fair.

      A good place to work with US companies

      Pros

      -Management is reasonable and won't monitor you in invasive ways; -Always pay on time; -If you are from non tech developed countries, and can't/won't move abroad, is a great opportunity to test yourself with big companies.

      Cons

      -Clients can have really unrealistic expectations, and you can get fired at any time. Often they don't keep people around if there's no projects for them to join right away; -Unless you need really specific hardware/software, you have to provide your own tools, which is fine in short term, but long term it can become a burden; -While there are some really good project managers, others can leave you pretty much alone the whole time, and if things go bad, is gonna be on you;
