      Pros

      Everything about my experience at BairesDev has been great. I've worked on interesting projects with great clients and had a good internal exposure. The company is growing a lot and very fast, so there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow, but you need to keep up with their pace.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything really worthy of note.

      Growing really fast

      Pros

      Really good pay with bonuses. I get to meet so many people from all over the world. I work from home, and I've even worked from different cities whenever I need to travel.

      Cons

      Company is growing so fast there's a lot of work for us in the HR area

      its a good company

      Pros

      They support you with all the needs you may have and give you mentorship on new tech that you need to complete your work.

      Cons

      no clear way to communicate with them besides an email, no clear way to better your titel or wages once you are inside.
