Pros

None based on my brief and unfair experience.

Cons

I joined BairesDev with high hopes, having left a stable full-time role that offered significant benefits, including uncapped incentives, health insurance, equipment and internet allowances, and more. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. I spent three weeks in training and had just one week of live work before my employment was abruptly terminated. The reason cited was “performance not up to the mark compared to others”—many of whom have been with the company for 3–5 years. Judging someone’s performance based on a single week of active work is not only unfair but also shows a complete lack of understanding and empathy toward new joiners. I have over six years of solid experience in recruitment and was diligently following every process taught during training. Despite that, I was let go without proper feedback or an opportunity to improve. This has had both financial and emotional consequences, especially considering the sacrifices I made to join BairesDev. It’s also important to mention that there appears to be a noticeable bias in favor of LATAM employees, creating a sense of partiality and inequality within the team structure.
