      Nice place to work

      Pros

      It varies from project to project but I like that I have never experience micromanagement. You are free to organize your time as long as you match all the expectations.

      Cons

      It might be lonely at times because you will be working on the client and do not really get to know other people in the company. I see few changes to move up to any other role.

      Amazing Start... but needs a clear Career Path

      Pros

      Main perks of working in this company are: * WFH * Flexible hours. * Great co-workers. * All-star developers. * Many learning opportunities. * Great technological stack (although this depends on the client and the team) * PM's worry not only for getting the job done, but also for the well-being of the team.

      Cons

      There's no clear Career Path (for Software Engineers at least). Average Salary may not be great for some places.
