      Title: Lack of Communication After Offer Acceptance Review: I cleared the interview and received a financial offer, which I accepted. However, after accepting the offer, there has been complete silence from the company's side. Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting updates, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is unprofessional and disappointing, especially after going through the entire interview and offer process. It leaves candidates feeling undervalued and uncertain about their future. I hope the company improves its post-offer communication and treats prospective employees with more respect.

      Remote company. Payments are always on time. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      No perks, only salary Only 10 day vacation, first 3 months there is a lot of micromanagement, it gets better after. Uncertainty sometimes to get a new client/project.
