      Pros

      BairesDev offers a strong remote-first culture, supportive teams, and numerous opportunities for growth. I recently attended a Global Ambassadors event in San Salvador with my teammates, which included bowling and dinner. It was a great chance to connect in person, share stories, and feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Communication across time zones can sometimes be a challenge, but the company provides tools and spaces to help bridge gaps.

      Bairesdev experience after almost 2 years

      Pros

      An organized place to work No payment issues Flexibility and support during family time The coworkers are friendly and easy to get in touch with The pay is good if you're looking for stability

      Cons

      At first, you feel a bit of surveillance, and there are mechanisms that can make you feel uncomfortable (Excel spreadsheet for reporting), but this is only the first two months. The selection process is difficult; you have to be patient. My process took five months, but now I'm very happy.

      It's been 6 months at BairesDev, and from the start, I’ve felt genuinely respected and truly valued as both a professional and a person. The company has fully delivered on the benefits and offers presented during the hiring process, and it has exceeded my expectations in general about how they value and respect their resources.
