They care about their employees from day 1, they do not leave you there with the customer and never show up. They have a lot of resources making sure you have everything you need to perform to your best abilities.

Cons

They expect only the best from you, and they evaluate you on a regular basis, gathering feedback from the customer.

100% remote work always paid on time never had a problem

Cons

no option to grow, if the customer turn them off, you are off no guarante no nothing.
