Few growing opportunities. You can learn a lot from the projects, but it feels like it would be very difficult to move in the company.

Pros

It is a good company to work for, they care about your health, the projects are cool, and you might be working with efficient people.

Cons

Once you have negotiated your salary during the hiring process, it is almost impossible to get a raise in the future. No matter how good and exceptional you are, no matter how good the feedback you received from your managers and from your client. It doesn't matter what they say to you. And if they provide a raise to you, it will be almost irrelevant.
