      Chill work load, work schedulle was super flex

      Cons

      Top management wasn't open to negociate improvements regarding compensation. The pay a different sum to everybody, not very ethical

      Can be good, can be real bad. Depends on the client

      - Remote Work - Flexible hours - Offer English classes and an internet stipend.

      Cons

      - Horrible interviewing platform - You don't know what you are getting until you are assigned to a client - You might have to interview multiple times with different clients - There's no clear career path

      Amazing company, shameful HR practices

      Pros

      - Amazing team players to work with; - Dynamic and fast-paced environment; - Several areas within the HR department; - BairesDev provides the hardware you need to start working; - Remote working positions; - Paid in USD; - The company offers proper training; - Daily opportunities to learn something new; - 1:1 with the lead/manager;

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency and honesty; - If you are a contractor there are greater chances of getting fired without any previous warning (they will provide you with a generic reason); - Extensive workload to the point it requires 10hs to 14hs of work and won't be recognized as your commitment; - Intense micromanagement; - Lack of ownership. - Outdated ERP (especially concerned about not being User-friendly nor user-intuitive); - Little opportunity to grow professionally; - Even when applying for internal roles it takes a lot of time and you may not be aware of its situation.
