      Pros

      One of the best things BairesDev gave me was a work-life balance I never had. This doesn't mean the workload is small by any means, but that I can organize my days the way I see fit, so I'm can always able attend to other familiar/personal matters. Also the culture of continuous improvement (both for our processes & tools, as well as for trainings for employees) is very rewarding.

      Cons

      I'd say the only disadvantage would be if you are a person who really wants or needs to communicate face to face and go to the office, because you won't find that here, but for me (and most people in IT I presume) it is not a problem at all.

      Great Place to work, I wish they had more benefits

      Pros

      They were open to give me feedback, and to hear my concerns. My PM was supportive and care about my wellbeing. I worked in awesome projects and get to learn even more

      Cons

      I wish they had some form of international health care program, most of the people works remotely, but at the same time travels a lot. Not much room to grow
