Even they try to show diversity having some specific C-Level position covered by women, the truth is that they don't really trust them. Being a women at this organization is really though. I mean, you can be a perfect analyst, but if you want to grow, you need to show x10 more than a man. You will always be in "trial period", and if something goes wrong, they don't really have consideration to evaluate deeply the situaiton, they just fire you.
