      Pros

      I work directly for internal applications of BairesDev, the salary is good and the environment is awesome, I've never had any issues with my managers or colleagues, I've been able to ask for raises with out issues and have had raises due to performance.

      You will learn a lot of stuff, business and different kinds of profiles You will get to know a lot of ppl and you can do networking You get paid in dollars.

      Cons

      No worklife - Balance. As a big corporation they dont threat people very well. Bad culture Bad management
