      - Depending on where you live, it may be higher than the local salary. - The company provides equipment: a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset. The computer you should return it if you leave - Great projects and people - Remote

      Cons

      - You need to fill the time tracker that feels like a waste of tim,e but it is what it is - Limited PTO/vacations

      It's not the best place to stay for a long time.

      Always pay on time and not delay.

      Cons

      It's one of those companies where you can't grow or build a career, there's no focus on growing with employees, you're alone most of the time executing at your own risk with clients, if the client terminates the project, you won't have continuity in the company.

      Not a people-first company They will negotiate your salary down as part of their recruiting process Getting in can be difficult Not enough onsite meetings per year (0)
