Awesome Latin team, HR away near then me, English course.

Cons

If you improve the salary, more hard will be to find a new project, so, don't ask for salary improvement! It's better to get a new project as a freela.

Home office and sometimes flexible schedule depending on the role.

Cons

All employees are just metrics and numbers they don't care about anyone personally, a lot of micromanagement and they always tried to pay the worst rates.
