Cons

Zero back end support, just add another new time taker app seems to be the answer here. Seems no one has fulfillment responsibility except the guy that sold it. It’s really an expected 24/7 job which makes the pay average.

Cons

If you aren’t a sales pro or female, you don’t matter. Also if you aren’t either one of those, there is no chance for growth. Also, not a very “diverse” thinking company.
