Flexible - you can make your own schedule. If you have to go pick up your kid from school or take them to their practice, you can do that. Technology - remarkable and ahead of anyone in the industry. Growth - BSN is always trying to get better and grow. Sometimes they grow a little too quick.

Cons

Workload - high. It's sales. Work life balance is hard to manage because of work load at times. Information by firehose. Learn on the go; learn from your mistakes.
