Pros
BSN initially started off very supportive and open minded. Pretty much always willing to understand and do what they could to help get you working and develop within the company.
Cons
For having as much money as they have, they tend to be cheap. Always seem to be running low on proper supplies. Slow to tend to mechanical matters. And seem to be more for focused on numbers instead of building good moral and developing a smooth functional operation that everyone could benefit from. Also a lot of biased judgements and favoritism within the company now. Been working production for 4 years and have seen people who were well deserving of pay increase and opportunities get short changed.
