Easy day, bosses generally don't bother you too much. Just hit the contact metrics and go home. Generally just hitting contact metrics is enough to get you promoted.

Cons

Nobody cares about anything you do. The work means nothing.

It was a great environment as as sales pro and I enjoyed creating my own schedule. They were supported in every area until covid hit.

Cons

When covid hit, it would have been helpful to be given a bit more guidance and a bit more pay (sales pro).
