Pros

You have the flexibility to work when you want, as long as you get your work done and on time. You must be super organized and detail oriented to be successful in this position. If you fail to lack details and get frustrated rather quickly this job might not be for you.

Cons

Health Benefits are not the best. If you work remotely (outside of headquarters) you can tend to get somewhat lonely. A lot of hands touch your orders before getting to the clients hands which leads to more room for error.
