Good coworkers and a chill work environment most of the time. You don’t take work stress home with you. You can get discounts for sports events. Good temporary job, don’t expect a career.

Cons

No advancement, very small and rare raises, lunchtime meetings with no lunch, they expect you to take on more responsibilities with no compensation

Job is extremely easy, if you mess up nobody cares- zero accountability.

Cons

Any perk to this job has been cut little by little over the last two years. Literally got an e-mail saying that this company which is almost doing a billion dollars in sales per year can't afford to even have a holiday party.
