I was given an opportunity to be a part of team that all were on the same page of how to grow the company and make changes to promote that growth. The work life balance was good.

Cons

Processes were outdated, systems were outdated, management's actions were opposite of what they claimed they wanted to achieve, never cared to give you the resources you needed to be successful.
