exposiure. good name bank if you want to break into finance. Ability to reach out to many counterparties and research. Its an interesting mix of many different nationalities of the employees in singapore, from all around the world.

Cons

poor poor company culture. You wont be recognized for the work you have done, and the traders have a very very poor approach towards organic growth, this is probably why most of their senior management are all outward hires.

Interesting job and pleasant colleagues. The people at BNP are usually both smart and team players. IT fonctions work adequatly.

Cons

Management in my Business line was not enough involved to understand what was going wrong in my team. Not enough global thinking
