Global opportunities and a wide range of product offerings. Some very talented people in various parts of the company. Reasonably well-known name, especially in Europe.

Cons

Very poor management, especially senior management. Cannot conceive of a world outside the cozy club of French finance. The whole is much less than the sum of the parts. While there are some very talented people, they don't run the company, unfortunately.
