Supportive work environment with friendly and welcoming colleagues. Management is approachable and open to questions, which makes it easier to settle into the role. The overall culture is relaxed and positive.

Cons

There is a noticeable lack of structured training and clear procedural guidance. During onboarding, even trainers were unsure of the correct processes, which led to confusion and inconsistency. There are limited user guides, policies, or reference materials available. Many tasks are manual and repetitive, with opportunities for automation that are not yet utilised, reducing efficiency and adding unnecessary workload. This can make it challenging for employees to build confidence and develop professionally.

This is a international Bank, Strong & management is very focus & know what they want. Low bonus no bonus at all, Was told Bank needs to cut cost. Not much opportunity for job advancement.

Too many policies, Staffs below getting very confused as they are too many rules & regulations to follow. We not only need to know local policy but we have to know other countries policies (local requirements). Too many system (portal) to work with. Mid Manager & Team Leader very good in pushing things around. Merely arrowing to get things done. Bad training place, In fact, It is crush course training (1 hour). Then we are suppose to work like a pro. Very political environment, Staffs are unfriendly & selfish. a lot of back stepping.
