You get to drive BMWs Great facilities in Munich There is a certain prestige to work there The workload corresponds to the German standards: you get a lot of free time

Cons

Most of the employees have been dreaming to work there since their childhood. If it is not your case, you may feel a little like an alien. Even from the lowest levels, the vast majority of the managers are Bavarians. If you are not, it may hamper your chances of getting up the ladder
