Challenges: small market share in US, contract access. The German management still doesnt understand US market vs OUS

Pros

Fast decision making, direct contact with people who really matters in top management. Compact portfolio makes easier the day by day life on the field. Relaxed environment to work for. Benefits are ok. Usually people are proud to help others and save lives.

Cons

No sources to face big companies. Limited budget for marketing and clinical affairs making difficult to reach opinion leaders and medical associations. Not full vision of what market wants and products are not well accepted since it is not known.

Cons

1. Pay is weaker than the competition 2. Marketing is weak as very little support from HQ in the field 3. Products not as widely accepted or known in the medical device field
