Attractive compensation, sales potential. The Germans are demanding to work with, but excellent focus on Quality

Cons

Challenges: small market share in US, contract access. The German management still doesnt understand US market vs OUS

The companies product line at this time is very good. Very competitive with other device companies. Generally friendly co-workers to work with.

Cons

HR department very difficult to work with. Not employee friendly. No room for advancement even with experience. Management very poor. Employee input does not count for much.
