Constant structural change, little chance for advancement

As said in a previous reviw. Where to start. I agree 150% with a previous review. The management of certain departments is ridicoulous. The so called "leaders" are not more than arrogant mobbers that destroy your confidence and constantly put you down. There is a lot of favoritism, I witnessed many unfair events on me and on other colleagues. This justify the high turnover of the company.. I am not sure how it is for other departments and and I am saying this to support future professional workers, Clinical Department former and current managers definitely where abusive with the subordinates. I would never recomend to work in this department. In my own experence it was really a shame. I met great people with a lot of potential that have to reduce themselves to cheap compliements in order to get support from the bosses. Unfortunately you are not represented by any body, you cant speak up or ask for support from HR. That does not exist. If you reach that point you need to leave. I am sorry for current or future employes, but i think is time something is done.
