Everyone in the US knows each other depending on your division, good benefits, great starting salary, home office is very personal to field personnel and you’re not just another employee or number to them like “big box” companies. Product truly is great for the patients.

Cons

No stock, large territory therefore lots of travel, role play is not effective and practical. Raise may not be annual or often (especially during COVID)
