      Working with cardiologists/EPs with 0 medical background Great team mates Seems like office workers have a decent lifestyle.

      Cons

      Insanely long work hours - salary based, on call during weekdays and weekend (no extra pay). Good experience working in hospital post grad but work life balance is not a thing. poor management that can’t follow through promises. Cares about people, but doesn’t care about the person
