Unlimited PTO, pay structure, the team really is trying hard.

Cons

low market share causes Biotronik to be locked out or very limited access. Sales Reps are B players and are only focused on a couple of physicians rather than hunting for new business. No sales funnel process and RSD's can't coach up reps due to the amount of people they have to manage.

Management was antiquated and old school. No flexibility or advancement. Work horse environment of a lot of writing. No real learning curve.
