Great benefits, Private company with much more flexibility in business ops, especially out in the field. Have independence in the field with how to operate with your small team of people in each region. High commissions relative to cardiac rhythm management,

Cons

Lack of infrastructural support that come both large and small in regards to their impact. Sales reps must take on roles typically outside the scope of what others expect, in order to patch over any gaps where they exist. Competitor companies have multiple product lines which give them leverage over contract commitments, etc.
