Pros

Generally good and friendly people to work with. Working to save lives with pacemakers is pretty cool, and lots of people willing to help you with the medical stuff you might not know. Health benefits pretty darn good.

Cons

Biotronik seems to be a hardware-oriented company and doesn't quite get the software side of things. Too many schedules are squeezed in order to attempt making a desire into reality.

Pros

New 7 storey building, clean and canteen is just next door.

Cons

Toxin culture, challenging working environment, super tight timeline to meet with limited resources. A one man show, no back up or assistant to help when needed. Too much to cope in a role. You need to be good at everything and expected no error made even if you are new. Lots of effort plant in but unappreciative and one mistake made was enlarged. The coaching was bad with super lousy attitude. Task overloaded everyday and no one help or appreciate your hard work.
