      Pay Hard working individuals with a wide range of skills and knowledge The company as a whole has a lot of resources.

      Cons

      Lack of work/life balance Employee moves do not take into consideration the employee's career goals Overly process oriented with too much internal control - restricts progress and results Too much has to go to CEO for approval which senior management should be able to handle.
