Cons

Formal development for 10 years or less experience. Nothing formal, but wasn't big enough before to warrant this. Seems like several manager are not experienced and were given the role bc of their seniority with the company as opposed to fit for the job. Organizational change management - maybe this is just with the aquisitions recently, but it seems like no time or thought was given to transition tasks or time. Communication - just plain bad

Money, excellent development opportunities, benefits, training programs offered, medical plan, company car, superannuation. Free lunches, Xmas holidays, nice jam rolls.

Cons

Getting up early, overtime rates, recruitment process was long and uncertain, contract was late and poorly written, free safety glasses.

Great environment, small company feel although it's operations are world wide, great compensation and benefits, work life balance, and development.

Cons

Lacks structure in new hire process which is logical considering they are establishing/pioneering new production units.
